About Me

Hi, I'm Zac and I'm honored to have your consideration for therapy.

My Approach

I work with clients on the issues where they feel stuck or want to experience a greater sense of well-being. Sessions are a space for you to be supported, heard, and understood in where you are wanting meaningful change in your life. Throughout sessions, we explore and understand the issues you want to talk about -- always respectful of your pace, tempo, and comfort level. I use an integrative approach that borrows from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, and structural family therapy.

My style is warm, patient, and collaborative. Nothing is off-limits or too taboo to discuss in sessions. I honor moving at a pace that feels appropriate, respectful, and helpful to my clients. I work with individuals, couples, families, and romantic relationships of all kinds. I am LGBTQIA+, kink, poly, all gender, gender-neutral, and religion/spiritual friendly.

I received a Master's Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor's Degree in pre-law | political science at Washington State University.
